The evaluator will assess children from birth to age three across developmental domains to determine eligibility for Early Intervention services. They are responsible for preparing detailed reports and communicating findings to families and community partners.
Candidates must hold a Master's Degree and a New York State Physical Therapist License. Experience working with infants, toddlers, and their families is required, with pediatric experience preferred.
Racker is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Early Intervention Evaluator to join our interdisciplinary evaluation team on a one-year contract. This flexible, part-time opportunity is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about early childhood development and enjoys working closely with families and community partners.
During the initial onboarding period, you'll complete approximately two Early Intervention evaluations per week (approximately 7.5 hours/week).
(PT) Master’s Degree, and NYS Physical Therapist License required. Pediatric experience preferred.
