Mobile position in the Central communities of Massachusetts (Worcester)
Full-Time salaried $65,000
Who You Are:
An individual who has earned a master’s degree and is license-eligible as an LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT with prior experience working with youth and families, including youth experiencing mental health and/or behavioral challenges. A willingness to work collaboratively with other disciplines and an ability to individualize treatment based on the needs of a family. Seeking candidates with a flexible schedule. Must be organized and have strong documentation and clinical writing skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
What You Will Do:
The Clinician is part of a specialized interdisciplinary team including a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Therapeutic Support Specialist, Occupational Therapist, and a Family Partner.
Engage youth and family in the intake process, including risk assessment and safety planning
Collaborate with families and team members to complete all required assessments and maintain up-to-date treatment plan goals
Facilitate weekly in-home therapeutic sessions for children and families, and may participate in additional sessions as needed, including caregiver coaching
Provide clinical guidance to support staff in relation to the implementation of clinical goals
Engage in ongoing care coordination with both internal and external providers
Participate in the on-call rotation for Children’s Mental Health Services
