Oversees the maintenance, repair, and procurement of company assets across multiple fleet locations to ensure DOT and safety compliance. Manages maintenance budgets, third-party vendors, and utilizes technology to optimize vehicle uptime and cost-per-mile targets.
Requires a minimum of 8 years of heavy truck maintenance experience and 5 years of management experience, with a bachelor's degree preferred. Must be proficient in fleet software like TMT or People Net and possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
