Oversee the operational performance and production requirements of multiple Inspection Centers while managing General Managers and their teams. Focus on staffing, associate engagement, and the implementation of lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement.
Requires a minimum of 10 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing environments leading over 100 associates. Must possess a valid driver's license and the physical ability to work in a warehouse environment, including lifting up to 60 pounds.
The Associate Director is responsible for the operational performance of multiple Inspection Centers (ICs). The Associate Director will work with the Inspection Center General Managers and their teams to identify and resolve challenges to meeting IC objectives and production requirements. The Associate Director will also oversee IC teams and ensure solid staffing plans, focus on retention and ensure high associate engagement, a sense of urgency to achieve performance metrics, and a culture that reflects Carvana’s values.
