The Senior Construction Manager provides overall planning, coordination, and direction for construction management activities to ensure projects remain on time and within budget. They are responsible for managing the inspection team, tracking budgets, validating change requests, and maintaining consistent communication with all project stakeholders.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Engineering or Construction Management and possess at least 10 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Design-Build processes and the ability to manage complex construction projects are essential requirements.

As Senior Construction Manager you will be the key point of contact for the County Project Management Staff for all aspects of this $120M Progressive Design-Build (PDBE) project. The Sr. Construction Manager reports directly to the County Senior Project Manager and all communication flows from the County through the Sr. CM to the PDBE.
