The EHS Specialist will drive safety program excellence by conducting audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments while implementing innovative injury prevention solutions. They will also serve as a safety advocate, fostering a proactive safety culture through effective communication and coaching of frontline associates.
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma and one year of EHS experience, or a relevant Bachelor's degree, or six months of Amazon safety experience. Proficiency in OSHA 29 CFR 1910 regulations and Microsoft Office tools is required, along with the ability to perform physical tasks and obtain First Aid/CPR certification.
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
