What are we looking for?
The Engineer - Military and Aerospace is responsible for performing testing and evaluations on military and aerospace products to the provisions of U.S., Canadian and other international product standards; writing reports; and communicating with clients.
Salary & Benefits Information
The base wage or salary range for this position is $68,000-$73,000. Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

What you’ll do:
Read and determine applicability of standards for the EUT (equipment under test).
Wear appropriate PPE; including work gloves and steel toe shoes.
Use proper lifting techniques and equipment to move heavy, oversized samples.
Perform testing of products in accordance with standards.
Operate, maintain and troubleshoot environmental chambers.
Document testing using data loggers and photographs.
Use a schedule to plan testing and chamber usage.
Develop, set up, and follow established test plans.
Compile test results during testing. Compile data and product description and compose final reports. Submit report to reviewer for final approval.
Communicate project status and test results to clients, sales personnel, and management throughout testing.
Other duties as assigned.
Provide on-going support to clients as needed.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering
No experience required - recent college grads considered
Valid unrestricted driver’s license and reliable driving record
Microsoft Office expertise
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organization and time management skills
Excellent customer service skills
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
Ability to make technical decisions and engineering judgments independently within established parameters
Ability to frequently lift 50 pounds
Ability to travel as business needs dictate, up to 25%
Preferred Requirements & Qualifications:
