We’re looking to hire a Contractor (6-months) for the Talent Acquisition team with 1-2 years of experience in sourcing, screening & scheduling to recruit top talent and scale our ongoing hiring initiatives.

What you’ll do:

• Source candidates and build pipelines
• Scheduling Virtual as well as In-person interviews and coordination
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide insights through reports to support strategic hiring decisions
• Assist in the execution of campus hiring initiatives to attract emerging talent.
• Effectively collaborate and communicate with Hiring Managers, Interviewers and Candidates
• Manage the interview lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer

What you should have:

• 1–2 years of core, end-to-end in-house recruitment experience.
• Mandatory experience with Greenhouse Recruiting and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and Excel is required.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with both candidates and internal teams
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and task management
• A Graduate Degree
