What your day-to-day will look like
How this opportunity is different
As a Senior Broker & Technical Specialist, you will be part of Aon’s national Financial Services Group. You’ll be supported in your development through training, collaboration, and mentorship, and you’ll work closely with account managers and other brokers, acting both as a placement lead and as a trusted technical advisor.
Your work will have a significant impact on clients’ risk transfer strategies, particularly in relation to their executive risks, which may include directors’ and officers’ liability, fiduciary liability (pension plan), employment practices liability, fidelity/crime, and other financial lines solutions. In addition to broking, you will be the “go‑to” person on policy wording, technical issues, and complex contract reviews, and act as a key point of contact for insurers’ technical specialists.
