The Quality Inspector II performs in-bound and out-bound inspection audits, records results, and manages non-conforming items through problem and corrective action reports. They also ensure equipment calibration, assist in root cause investigations, and maintain quality system procedures.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or higher and at least two years of experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, the ability to read technical specifications, and experience with inspection tools like calipers and RF scanners are required.
Summary:
Quality Inspector II is responsible for performing in-bound inspection, assist with customer returns and out-bound inspection audits, and should be familiar with using instruments such as Radio Frequency (RF) Scanner, Cubiscan Scanning and Calipers. Must have good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Suite. Quality Inspector II works directly with the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure all quality and company requirements are followed.
