The Manufacturing Supervisor leads team members to ensure products are produced according to engineering specifications and forecasted demands. They are responsible for managing production schedules, implementing process improvements, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and food safety policies.
Candidates should possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree and at least three years of manufacturing and supervisory experience. Proficiency in programming CNC and Lathe machines, along with strong analytical and communication skills, is required.
