Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for Loan Against Property (LAP) products in the Noida area.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives, ensuring their continuous development and optimal performance.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
Conduct regular market analysis to understand competitive landscape, customer needs, and emerging trends.
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for management.
Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Collaborate with credit, operations, and other internal departments to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
* Manage and resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
Job Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role, specifically within the Loan Against Property (LAP) sector.
Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the financial services industry and LAP products.
Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
