Execute blood donor recruitment programs and manage professional relationships with drive chairpersons to meet territory goals. This includes identifying new opportunities, managing scheduling, and representing the organization at community events.
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a valid driver's license with a clear driving record. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to perform light physical tasks.
