The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering a high-quality customer experience and driving sales through personalized shoe recommendations. They also manage daily retail operations, including pricing, shipment processing, and maintaining store organization.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods is required.
