This role is ideal for a logistics professional with a strong background in carrier sales, freight brokerage, capacity procurement, transportation management, and third-party logistics (3PL) who is passionate about building strategic carrier relationships and leading high-performing teams.
As the Carrier Sales Manager, you will oversee the carrier sales function, develop sourcing strategies, mentor Carrier Sales Representatives, and ensure freight is covered efficiently while maximizing service and profitability.
