The Guest Sales Associate is responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience while achieving sales goals through product and service recommendations. Key duties include managing check-ins, processing payments, and maintaining a clean lobby environment.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in retail. The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends and the ability to lift over 25 pounds.

Some essential functions, behaviors, and expectations include:
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is performed sitting and standing at a desk and working on a computer, with times of prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling. The associate must lift and/or move items over 25 pounds.
