SUMMARY: This position serves as the key administrative support to the Shelbyville Complex Team. The ideal person occupying this role must operate with a high level of integrity, strong sense of urgency, and have a proven history in a fast-paced multi-faceted environment. This position is responsible for but not limited to:
Address Daily Business Needs and Organize and Schedule Meetings
Submit and Reconcile Expense Reports
Provide General Support to Team Members, Visitors, & Customers
Maintain and update Contact Lists for internal & external

REQUIREMENTS:
Education: College degree or equivalent work experience
Experience: 5 plus years of experience in an administrative role.
Computer Skills: Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Special Skills: Excellent time management skills; personal skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work; Strong organizational and planning skills; Attention to detail and problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; well versed in Microsoft Excel Outlook PowerPoint and Word
