About the job:
The Opella Media Head is responsible for the strategic direction and execution of the company's media initiatives, across both offline and online channels. This role involves leading the planning and purchasing of media, ensuring alignment with global corporate objectives, and maximizing the impact of advertising campaigns. The Media Head works closely with senior management and strategic partners to optimize media budget efficiency and drive business growth. Also the Media Head will lead a young and talented media team where need to lead via example and ensure high integration with the Brand teams.
Main responsibilities:
• Lead the media and digital strategies across brands, ensuring alignment with business priorities, brand objectives, and growth opportunities. • Drive agency relationship management across multiple partners, fostering strong collaboration, performance oversight, and strategic alignment between internal teams and external agencies. • Own strategic media and communication negotiations, working cross-functionally with procurement and partners to maximize efficiency, optimize costs, and deliver structural improvements. • Oversee content operations and team structures, implementing processes, KPIs, dashboards, and agency models that improve executional excellence and operational scalability. • Partner closely with brand teams as a trusted advisor, shaping campaigns and communication strategies beyond media planning to support broader business impact. • Lead the adoption of measurement frameworks, scenario planning, and ROI analysis to strengthen decision-making and improve investment effectiveness across media and trade activities. • Drive innovation and MarTech advancement by embedding new tools, data capabilities, and AI-powered solutions into everyday business practices. • Representing the company externally in media, marketing, and technology forums, strengthening market presence, partnerships, and access to innovation opportunities. • Contribute to global and cross-functional strategic projects, ensuring local priorities are integrated with broader organizational initiatives and timelines. • Support high-level business decision-making related to budgets, investment allocation, and planning cycles, with a strong focus on efficiency, effectiveness, and long-term value creation. • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team, promoting strategic thinking, collaboration, capability building, and a culture of continuous improvement. • Lead the future internal creative production structure and operations, ensuring delivery is aligned with brand campaign priorities, business needs, and executional excellence across initiatives.
