We are looking for a talented Material Handler (Forklift Operator) to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Morristown, TN.
Performs basic non production activities which support the manufacturing processes in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with direct guidance.
• Ensuring Safety: By stopping work and reporting any major injury hazards immediately, you’ll help maintain a safe working environment.
• Compliance and Reporting: Reporting any work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards ensures compliance with HSE standards and promotes a culture of safety.
• Environmental Stewardship: Recognizing and minimizing the negative impact of your work on the environment will contribute to sustainable practices.
• Quality Assurance: Following standard work processes and raising quality concerns will help minimize costs and prevent issues.
• Continuous Improvement: Supporting quality inspections and continuous improvement activities will enhance overall process efficiency and safety.
