The Quality Auditor conducts regular quality audits of inbound, outbound, and inventory processes to ensure compliance with company and industry standards. They identify non-conformances, prepare detailed reports for process improvement, and manage product hold-statuses within the WMS.
A high school diploma is required, and 2-3 years of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred. Candidates should be proficient in JDA WMS or similar systems and capable of lifting up to 35 lbs.
