This role will focus on promoting memoirs, history, political and other nonfiction titles across categories, as well as major brand and fiction authors focusing on thrillers. We are looking for someone with 5 or more years of experience in book marketing who has a proven record of creating successful traditional and innovative campaigns for both fiction and nonfiction titles.
The successful Marketing Manager will bring together creativity, audience insight, and disciplined execution to create campaigns that make Atria's books stand out. They will be a trusted partner to authors and colleagues, an advocate for experimentation and innovation, and a marketer who understands how to turn a book's unique strengths into meaningful connections with readers.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
