Opportunity – the ‘what’
In this role, you will manage a variety of administrative and IT support activities, ensuring seamless day-to-day office operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing office supplies, tracking inventory, and maintaining accurate records
Supporting reporting, documentation, and operational record-keeping
Coordinating with facility management for office upkeep and workplace changes
Collaborating with workplace teams on events and facility-related initiatives
Monitoring and managing employee attendance systems, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
Maintaining employee seating plans and coordinating guest arrangements
IT and Technical Support:
Acting as the primary point of contact for IT-related issues in the office
Facilitating resolution of hardware, software, and network issues
Escalating unresolved issues to IT teams and following up for closure
Acting as a liaison between end-users and IT teams
Managing IT inventory, including tagging assets and maintaining stock records
Coordinating procurement requirements and handling vendor interactions
Managing stock receipt, storage, and invoice handover for payment processing
Supporting joiner and leaver IT asset allocation and return
Liaising with GTSD and AWFIS teams for network, printing, and access issues
Coordinating site access for IT engineers when required
Cross-functional collaboration:
Partnering closely with HR, IT, and SAP teams for administrative and operational needs
Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes from an admin and IT perspective

About You
Essential Criteria
Basic knowledge of Windows/Mac OS
