This is a true field-based sales role where you'll manage an established Northern Sydney territory with existing school relationships and significant growth potential.

What You'll Be Doing
Achieve and exceed monthly, term and annual sales targets
Build strong relationships with Principals, Curriculum Leaders and classroom teachers
Conduct regular face-to-face school visits across your territory
Develop and execute territory growth plans that maximise new business and account development opportunities
Identify, nurture and convert sales opportunities through a consultative sales approach
Present and demonstrate Oxford University Press print and digital products and solutions to educators
Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information in Salesforce CRM
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives
What Success Looks Like
We're looking for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys being accountable for results. You'll bring:
Proven success in a field-based sales, territory management or business development role
A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong prospecting, relationship-building and closing skills
The ability to influence and engage multiple stakeholders
Excellent planning, organisation and territory management capability
Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
Strong communication and presentation skills
A valid driver's licence and fully maintained vehicle
Residence in Northern Sydney or nearby areas preferred
Highly Regarded But Not Essential
Experience selling into schools, education, government or professional services sectors
Tertiary qualifications in business, education or a related discipline
