As a Manager, Digital Retention, you will directly contribute to ensuring that schools experience sustained value from OUP’s blended learning solutions.

You will work closely with schools, sales teams, and product stakeholders while delivering impactful interventions such as trainings, classroom observations, and engagement activities, both online and offline.
