The Sr. Engineering Specialist coordinates customer specifications with the production team to ensure product quality and implements technical process improvements. This role manages a team of Process Parts Technicians and oversees capital projects and TPM systems to drive productivity.
A Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field is required. Preferred qualifications include at least 3 years of experience in a continuous manufacturing environment and proficiency in AutoCAD and SAP.

The Sr. Engineering Specialist (Forming/Process Parts) is responsible for the coordination of communicating customer specifications to the production team and ensures the product meets customer needs. This position will focus on initiating and implementing technical improvements, preventing, and resolving technical problems, and assessing the capabilities of the processes.
