The welder is responsible for MIG welding aluminum components to construct boat-trailer frames using fixtures and precision tools. They must also inspect weld quality, maintain equipment, and adhere to all company safety procedures.
Candidates must have at least one year of MIG aluminum welding experience and a valid AWS D1.2 certification or an accredited diploma. A high school diploma and the ability to pass a practical on-site weld test are also required.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
Reports To: Aluminum Weld Supervisor

All selected candidates must also successfully complete Magic Tilt’s on-site practical aluminum weld test.
