The supervisor leads a team of schedulers and production coordinators to manage the Master Schedule and ensure on-time delivery of hardware for the Tube Shop. They are responsible for monitoring system health, optimizing resource utilization, and driving continuous improvement in production flow and material management.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus a bachelor's degree or at least 4 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or supply chain roles. Proficiency with automated scheduling systems (MRP/ERP) and experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity are required.

The Production Control Scheduling team is responsible for developing, monitoring, and fulfilling a Master Schedule to meet the part demands of Tube Shop customers, including launch manifest and development hardware. The Supervisor will train the schedulers and production coordinators to maintain the build schedules from cradle-to-grave for each unit and monitor the health of the system. This role allows for a direct impact on production success and opportunities to engage with all aspects of the organization.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Pay range:
Supervisor: $115,000.00 - $145,000.00/per year
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock or long-term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses and the ability to purchase additional stock at a discount through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You will also receive access to comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage, access to a 401(k) retirement plan, short and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, paid parental leave, and various other discounts and perks. You may also accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation and will be eligible for 10 or more paid holidays per year. Employees accrue paid sick leave pursuant to Company policy which satisfies or exceeds the accrual, carryover, and use requirements of the law.
