Our optimism transforms outcomes.
Job Description
Kaiser Associates, part of Sia, is a global growth consulting firm that transforms original insight into strategy for ambitious organizations around the world.
For more than 40 years, our “industry insider” approach to bespoke research has supported clients in a focused group of specialized markets and disciplines. Leveraging exclusive intelligence, our analysts deliver practical, agile, and actionable strategies that support bold decision-making.
With a strong focus on strategy, we offer our consultants development opportunities, accessible senior leadership, and minimal travel. We offer the opportunity to work in a variety of our practices: Consumer & Retail, Financial Services & Payments, Healthcare, Industrials, Private Equity and M&A, and TMT.
The Position
As a Strategy Consultant, you will support client engagements by leading research and fact-gathering efforts, analyzing and synthesizing insights, and developing high-quality client deliverables. You will work as a generalist across practices and contribute to projects that vary in industry, scope, duration, and location.
In this role, you will:
Lead complex projects from start to finish, including those covering multiple markets or nuanced strategic issues,
Manage multiple engagements simultaneously when required,
Handle complex workstreams independently and lead lower-complexity projects end-to-end,
Design robust research plans based on key statements of work to address core client questions,
Build clear, actionable frameworks and models that support strategic recommendations,
Apply qualitative and quantitative analysis with a high degree of autonomy,
Develop compelling, well-structured storyboards and presentation materials that clearly support the client narrative,
Interact directly with clients throughout engagements, including facilitating and leading parts of client meetings,
Present conclusions and recommendations through clear, creative, and impactful deliverables,
Collaborate with and learn from a highly supportive team of peers and senior leaders.
Qualifications
You are a graduate of a top-tier engineering or business school, with initial experience (final-year internship or first full-time role) in a strategy consulting firm.
You are able to quickly build expertise in new subject areas and demonstrate a strong interest and first expertise in data and AI-related topics.
You are a team player with an open mind, strong curiosity, and solid analytical skills. You are eager to join a motivating professional environment where you will share our core values of excellence, entrepreneurship, innovation, knowledge sharing, collaboration, and work-life balance.
Fluency in French and in English are required.
Additional Information
Please send us your CV in English.
Please ensure you meet the VIE contract eligibility criteria as established by Business France:
Anyone over 18 and under 28 years of age on the date of registration may apply for an International Volunteer Program (VIE).
Departure on assignment must take place no later than the day of your 29th birthday. Beyond this, no exceptions are granted.
You must hold French or European nationality (a national of a Member State of the European Economic Area, which comprises the 28 Member States of the European Union, Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein) or Monégasque nationality.
You must be in compliance with the national service obligations of the country of which you are a national.
You must be in possession of your civic rights and have a clean criminal record.
