The Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and housekeeping of the property's interior and exterior, including common areas and grounds. They also perform minor repairs, landscaping tasks, and assist with apartment turnovers.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. The ability to lift at least 50 pounds is required for the physical tasks associated with the role.
The PORTER is responsible for physically maintaining the cleanliness and housekeeping of the property including minor repairs and touch-up work, corrective and preventative housekeeping measures on property fixtures and building common areas, and for safeguarding same.
The PORTER is responsible for physically maintaining the cleanliness and housekeeping of the property’s interior and exterior, and where applicable, for cleaning apartments prior to a new resident’s move-in. Daily, constant housekeeping is the single most important responsibility of the PORTER. This position is also responsible for ensuring that property equipment is maintained in proper working condition and safeguarded.
