The receptionist will welcome residents and visitors, manage incoming calls, and handle administrative tasks such as processing mail and maintenance work orders. They will also coordinate dining reservations and support various office projects to ensure smooth front-desk operations.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of administrative experience is preferred. A valid Maine driver's license and CPR certification are also required.
