The Foreman is responsible for leading field crews in drywall and metal framing while ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within quality standards. This role acts as the primary field contact, managing manpower, materials, and safety compliance on construction sites.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in drywall or metal framing and 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role. Proficiency in reading blueprints and knowledge of OSHA safety standards are required for this position.
