About the Role
As the Director of Operations for MINA Group, you will provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of world-class restaurants, ensuring operational excellence, exceptional guest experiences, and financial performance while supporting both existing restaurants and new openings. Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, you will mentor General Managers, partner with corporate leaders, and drive consistency across service, people development, financial performance, and operational execution.
This is a highly visible leadership role that requires an experienced hospitality executive who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams, developing future leaders, and delivering Michelin-level hospitality. The Director of Operations oversees restaurant leadership teams, partners with hotel ownership groups, and serves as a champion of MINA Group culture and standards across the organization.

Strong knowledge of labor management, financial reporting, budgeting, and operational compliance
Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
Ability to travel 70–80% to support restaurants and new openings throughout the MINA Group portfolio
