The Counter Manager is responsible for driving sales and providing specialized brow services while managing stock and administrative tasks. They act as the primary liaison between store management and the area manager to ensure smooth operations and brand presentation.
Candidates must have 2-4 years of customer service experience in retail or hospitality and a strong passion for sales and makeup. Flexibility to work weekends, late nights, and holidays is required.
