The Counter Manager is responsible for leading and motivating the team to achieve sales targets while providing exceptional customer service and beauty treatments. They also oversee daily operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and maintaining brand presentation standards.
Candidates must have 2-4 years of customer service experience in retail or hospitality and at least 6 months of management experience. A passion for sales, beauty, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays is required.
