The Senior Manager, Total Rewards will lead and support compensation programs, including annual planning, market pricing, and incentive design. They will also partner with cross-functional teams to ensure rewards programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business priorities.
Candidates must have 7+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, compensation, or related fields with strong analytical and project management skills. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and professional certifications like CCP or SHRM are considered a plus.

This role partners across People, Finance, Legal, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, and business leadership to ensure our rewards programs are competitive, equitable, scalable, compliant, and easy to understand. The ideal candidate brings strong compensation expertise, analytical horsepower, operational excellence, and a people-first mindset—plus the ability to simplify complex programs and make Total Rewards feel unmistakably Benefit.

The target salary range for this position is $115,000-$175,000 annually. The actual salary offered is based on market location and will depend on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, years of relevant experience; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. This position is eligible to earn an annual bonus. This position is also eligible for the following benefits, including but not limited to: comprehensive health, dental and vision plans; a 401(k) plan with employer matching, various paid time off programs; employee discounts/perks; life insurance; disability insurance; flexible spending accounts.
