We are seeking to hire an Administrator in Training who will be mentored and developed into becoming Executive Directors for the next communities in our new contemporary, holistic senior living brand, Calyx Living.
An Administrator in Training learns their way into a leadership role, often working as a "second in command" at various communities in the Triangle area, being trained and developed over a period of 6 to 18 months depending upon experience to become a licensed Executive Director in their own Triangle area community.
