Oversee and manage the regulatory compliance framework and Compliance Management System (CMS) for Western Alliance Bank and its affiliates. Lead the compliance department and collaborate with senior management to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to all applicable laws and internal policies.
Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of experience in risk management or regulatory compliance, with previous leadership experience. Expert knowledge of state and federal banking regulations and strong communication skills are essential.
