Manage multiple commercial roofing projects to ensure they are completed timely and cost-effectively according to specifications. Oversee subcontractors, manage budgets and change orders, and ensure compliance with safety and governmental regulations.
Requires 4+ years of construction project management experience, a valid driver's license, and OSHA 10 training. A degree in construction or engineering and bilingual Spanish skills are desired.

Physical surroundings: Frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.
Physical Effort: Climb ladders; Work on rooftop and open field sited projects – required

Domestic/International Travel: 25-50%
