Leads end-to-end delivery of high-voltage and extra-high-voltage (EHV) transmission and substation projects for a long term capital portfolio. Responsible for development of project execution plans and oversight through execution of multiple projects. Establish and build integrated project management team (iPMT) to effectively delivery projects under an EPC model with an Owner’s Engineer (OE) by owning scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality, and risk from initiation through commissioning and closeout.
Aligns and directs project team of OE and EPC partners with internal engineering, project controls, supply chain, regulatory/permitting, ROW, construction, and operations. Enforces stage-gate governance and rigorous project controls to achieve predictable, high-quality outcomes. Serves as the single point of accountability for scope, budget, schedule, risk/issue management, compliance with regulatory/customer procedures, and project execution metric tracking across all phases.
