Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the entire marketing function across Bhopal and Indore.

This is a hands-on role responsible for driving digital growth, retail visibility, trade marketing, local activations, influencer campaigns, content strategy, and execution. You will also recruit and manage marketing interns while working closely with the sales team to accelerate brand growth.

Important: This role is best suited for candidates with prior FMCG/Food & Beverage/Consumer Goods marketing experience. Candidates without relevant industry experience are unlikely to be shortlisted.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Brand Growth

• Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  
• Create monthly content calendars.
  
• Plan and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital campaigns.
  
• Manage influencer and creator collaborations.
  
• Oversee website updates, SEO, and organic traffic growth.
  
• Execute email marketing campaigns.
  
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite, and reporting tools.
  
• Track competitors, customer insights, and market trends.
  

Content & Community Management

• Develop engaging brand communication.
  
• Coordinate with photographers, designers, and content creators.
  
• Write compelling captions and campaign copy.
  
• Build and engage online communities.
  
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels.
  

Trade Marketing & Offline Activations

• Plan and execute trade marketing initiatives.
  
• Manage POSM, merchandising, and retail branding.
  
• Execute sampling campaigns, college activations, and local events.
  
• Coordinate with distributors and the sales team.
  
• Improve in-store visibility and customer engagement.
  
• Measure trade marketing effectiveness.
  

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and manage marketing interns.
  
• Allocate weekly tasks.
  
• Review execution quality.
  
• Develop marketing SOPs.
  
• Foster ownership, creativity, and accountability.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  
• 3–6 years of hands-on marketing experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, or D2C brands.
  
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  
• Experience with SEO, GA4, Google Search Console, and website management.
  
• Experience planning retail activations and trade marketing campaigns.
  
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
  
• Strong analytical mindset.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing.
  
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certification.
  
• Experience working with influencers.
  
• Canva or Adobe Creative Suite knowledge.
  
• Experience managing interns or junior team members.
