The Lead Consultant will act as the primary technical architect for the East Java Industrial Decarbonization Pipeline, bridging the gap between private sector energy demand and grid constraints. Responsibilities include conducting industrial facility screenings, managing regulatory applications with PLN, and facilitating multi-stakeholder dialogues to advance renewable energy adoption.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field and possess over 15 years of experience in energy transition or power systems. A proven track record of working with PT PLN (Persero) and deep familiarity with the East Java industrial landscape are essential.
