You’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the department while ensuring high service standards are consistently delivered.
This could be just the right role for you?
Key responsibilities will include:

Deliver hands-on, approachable leadership, coaching team members and recognising great performance
Support daily operations to ensure rooms and public areas are presented to a high standard
Assist with team rostering, onboarding and development of housekeeping team members
Respond to daily operational needs and support the Housekeeping Manager in driving team success
Foster a culture of accountability, care and continuous improvement
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 38 hours per week.
What you’ll need to be successful
Are a strong people leader who leads with empathy, respect and fairness
Have experience leading teams and creating a positive team culture
Communicate clearly and build strong working relationships across all levels
Enjoy coaching, developing and supporting others to succeed
Can confidently manage priorities, problem-solve and adapt to changing needs
Bring a hands-on approach and lead by example
Previous housekeeping or hotel/resort experience is advantageous, but not essential
Full working rights in Australia (essential)
Valid Australian driver’s licence (essential)
We are Offering
Competitive Salary + Penalties evenings, weekends & public holidays
