RACV Club Membership offers an extensive range of premium services, facilities and exclusive benefits, where RACV members can work, relax and entertain in the comfort of two convenient locations at RACV City Club & RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort.
Based on site in our corporate CBD head office, Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm, we are seeking an experienced Club Membership Administration Consultant, to join our dynamic Club Membership team and engage with our current and prospective RACV Club Members to deliver a friendly, professional and high-quality customer service experience.
In this busy and varied phone-based role, you will utilise your excellent verbal & written communication skills and develop a thorough knowledge of RACV Club, to assist RACV Club Members with enquiries, information and bookings.
As a Club Membership Administration Consultant, day to day, you will predominantly answer phone calls and respond to email and online enquiries to support and guide Club Members on their journey with us. Your key responsibilities for this role include:
