About the Opportunity
Join our Technology team as a Finance Systems Analyst, supporting the day-to-day operation of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP across Financials, Procurement and Expenses. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the stability and performance of our ERP platform and integrations. Working within an ITIL-aligned environment, you’ll support incidents, monitor integrations, and contribute to ongoing system improvements.
What you’ll do
- Provide application support for Oracle Fusion ERP
- Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests and system issues
- Monitor integrations and scheduled processes (OIC)
- Support data interfaces, reconciliation and issue resolution
- Contribute to testing, change and release activities
- Maintain documentation, knowledge articles and team processes
What you’ll need to be successful
- Experience supporting enterprise applications (ideally Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP)
- Exposure to Finance, Procurement or Expenses processes
- Experience with integrations (e.g. OIC, APIs, file-based interfaces)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience working in an ITIL or service management environment
