About the Opportunity
As part of our Content Channels team, the Digital Content Producer plays a key role in creating high-performing content that supports RACV’s commercial, digital and policy objectives.
In collaboration with the Motoring Editor, you’ll produce high-quality editorial and video content across RACV’s motoring portfolio, with scope to extend into home and travel. Your focus will be on building brand awareness, improving discoverability (SEO/GEO), and driving engagement, leads and conversion.
This is an end-to-end production role with a strong focus on performance, optimisation and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality content across motoring, home and travel topics
- Develop reviews, comparisons, guides and explainers aligned to audience and commercial priorities
- Own and optimise motoring content aligned to RACV Car Match, driving traffic and conversion
- Conceptualise, script and support video content including reviews, explainers and short-form formats
- Support or present on-camera content aligned to RACV’s editorial voice
- Apply SEO and GEO best practice including search intent, structured content and linking
- Use data and analytics to inform content performance and optimisation
- Manage end-to-end content production from ideation through to publication and iteration
- Collaborate with SEO, video, marketing and product teams to align with campaigns and priorities
- Build and manage content in Adobe Experience Manager CMS
- Support eDM and newsletter production via Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Ensure all content is accurate, compliant and aligned to brand standards
Please note, some interstate travel may be required for this role.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong writing and editing capability with a focus on digital performance
- Solid understanding of SEO/GEO and content optimisation principles
- Experience working across multiple formats including written and video content
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and stakeholder engagement skills
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications or similar desirable
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital content production and strategy execution
- Experience with CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager preferred)
- Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud or eDM production (desirable)
- Strong understanding of analytics and content performance measurement
- Valid driver’s licence (required for events, media and industry activities)
