Lead AI-driven end-to-end supply chain transformations by designing intelligent operating models and value propositions. Act as a senior advisor to clients while mentoring high-performing teams to scale AI and GenAI capabilities across the enterprise.
Requirements
Requires 10+ years of supply chain transformation experience, including 6+ years in consulting, with deep expertise in IBP and logistics. Must have a proven track record of applying advanced analytics or AI to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Full job description
At Capgemini Invent, we believe difference drives change. As inventive transformation consultants, we blend our strategic, creative and scientific capabilities, collaborating closely with clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Join us to drive transformation tailored to our client's challenges of today and tomorrow. Informed and validated by science and data. Superpowered by creativity and design. All underpinned by technology created with purpose.
Your Role
Our End‑to‑End Supply Chain Advisory team partners with leading organizations to reimagine supply chains as intelligent, adaptive, and AI‑enabled value engines, not just operational cost centers. As a Manager or Senior Manager, you will lead AI‑driven supply chain transformations that span strategy through execution, helping clients unlock measurable business outcomes through advanced analytics, automation, and Generative AI. You will play a pivotal role in shaping transformation roadmaps, leading complex engagements, and enabling clients to move from AI experimentation to scaled enterprise value.
As a Manager / Senior Manager, you will be accountable for client impact, delivery excellence, and team leadership, while embedding AI and GenAI as core enablers of supply chain performance.
Lead AI‑Enabled Supply Chain Transformations: Own and deliver large, cross‑functional end‑to‑end supply chain engagements across planning, IBP, logistics, inventory, and fulfillment, embedding AI and GenAI into future‑state designs to improve agility, resilience, and cost‑to‑serve.
Shape AI‑Driven Value Propositions: Translate emerging AI and GenAI capabilities into business‑first use cases—such as scenario intelligence, decision support copilots, autonomous planning, and disruption sensing—anchored in clear value cases and executive priorities.
Design Intelligent Operating Models: Lead the design of target operating models that integrate data, analytics, automation, and human decision‑making, ensuring scalability, governance, and sustained adoption.
Provide Senior Client Advisory & Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, facilitating executive workshops, shaping transformation roadmaps, and supporting critical investment and operating decisions using AI‑enabled insights.
Drive AI‑Enabled Delivery Excellence: Apply AI and GenAI to elevate consulting delivery by accelerating analysis, improving insight quality, and building repeatable assets that scale impact across clients and industries.
Lead, Mentor, and Grow Teams: Build and lead high‑performing teams, coaching consultants on supply chain advisory, structured problem solving, and responsible use of AI and GenAI in client delivery.
Contribute to Practice & Thought Leadership: Support capability development through asset creation, methodologies, and thought leadership focused on AI‑enabled, future‑ready supply chains.
Qualifications & Experience
Must Have
10+ years of experience in end‑to‑end supply chain transformation, with 6+ years in consulting or advisory roles leading complex, multi‑workstream programs.
Deep domain expertise across integrated business planning (IBP), demand and supply planning, logistics, inventory optimization, and supply chain performance management.
Proven experience applying advanced analytics, AI, or Generative AI in a business or consulting context to deliver measurable outcomes.
Strong client leadership, executive communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex AI‑enabled concepts into clear business decisions.
Nice to Have
Experience shaping AI‑enabled operating models and transformation roadmaps for global or multi‑regional supply chains.
Familiarity with leading supply chain platforms and how AI and analytics enhance these ecosystems.
Demonstrated contribution to thought leadership, asset development, or capability building within a consulting or advisory practice.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant Master’s preferred.
What You’ll Love About Working Here?
You’ll have the opportunity to:
Build a network within the Capgemini Group and contribute to the education of other Business Units around practice offerings to support existing account expansion
Play a significant role in client proposals and RFI/RFP responses from initial brief to final sales presentations
Nurture and expand existing account relationships
Identify potential personal business relationships that can be leveraged by the practice to develop new business
Identify potential project extension and expansion opportunities while staffed on projects
