Strategically coordinate revenue management processes across a collection of hotels to maximize total revenue from rooms, F&B, and ancillary departments. Lead revenue meetings and develop short- and long-term demand-based forecasts to optimize RevPAR and market share.
Requires 3-5 years of experience as a Director of Revenue Management in upscale, full-service hotels, with multi-property experience preferred. A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.

Overview:
With Omni’s expanding portfolio of hotels and resorts, our centralized revenue department is growing! The role of the Central Director, Revenue Management will strategically coordinate the revenue management processes and procedures for a collection of hotels to maximize each hotel’s guest room, F&B, meeting space and ancillary departments’ revenues (Total Hotel Revenue Management).
