The Superintendent manages field activities and supervises subcontractors to ensure data center projects are completed on time and within budget. They are responsible for coordinating project sequencing, commissioning, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Requires 4 to 7 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a Superintendent role specifically focusing on mission critical and data center commissioning. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business is preferred.

Summary
Balfour Beatty Construction is seeking a Superintendent with Mission Critical experience to join our team in Dallas, TX. This individual will need to be experienced at commissioning data centers.
The Superintendent manages designated field activities associated with the project and supervises designated field construction work by subcontractors and employees. The Superintendent assists the project team to ensure the project is built on time, within budget, and in accordance with Balfour Beatty Construction’s policies and procedures and the focus on our vision and purpose through Service, Talent and Choices.
