Candidates must have strong client management skills, business personal property, compliance, and complex property valuation experience. This practice focuses on manufacturing facilities, utility and energy companies, data centers, etc. Hybrid environment with three days in-office required.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research.
Valid driver’s license required. Manager should maintain professional designations such as Certified Member of the Institute (CMI), and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), or equivalent, and keep active in professional organizations on a local and national level.
This position directly supervises employees in the Property Tax practice and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Firm's policies and applicable laws.
Travel is minimal based on client need.
