Collaborate with the Events Director to plan and execute internal and external events, managing all logistics from venue selection to on-site coordination. Handle administrative tasks including vendor relationships, registration tracking, and event reporting.
A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with 1-2 years of event planning experience. Candidates must be a mature Christian who aligns with the organization's Statement of Faith and can handle the physical demands of event setup.
The Events Coordinator plays a vital part in bringing our mission to life by assisting in the flawless execution of both internal and external events. From intimate donor gatherings to large-scale public policy summits, this role will work closely with the Events Director to manage logistics, coordinate with vendors, and deliver exceptional experiences that engage and inspire our community.
Reports to: Events Director
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Compensation: Full-time, Salaried/Exempt; Commensurate with experience
Location: CCV Office in Columbus, Ohio, with Occasional Statewide Travel
