What you'll do:
As a Trust Associate I you'll be responsible for learning to accurately track loan asset in order to support client relationships and ensuring excellent final product delivery to the end client. You'll be assigned low to moderate level complexity tasks ranging from asset maintenance, P&I process, rates changes, trade processing etc. to assist with the managing of Collateral Loan Obligations (CLOs) and Leverage Finance Facilities. You'll also be working on day-to-day operations to ensure timely reporting delivery to those clients. You'll need little supervision for all the day-to-day activities being executed.
Responsible for supporting day-to-day activities for loan processing in support of our business partners and client activities.
Monitor and clear items on daily and weekly reports.
Process transactions and notices mapping.
Load Credit Agreements to AI processes to prepare for extraction of data.
Participate with technology support teams on initiatives to improve process and create efficiencies.
And other duties as assigned
What you'll need:
1+ years of related experience or similar field.
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
Intermediate TranStar experience preferred.
Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
