Oversee product development projects and coordinate risk assessments to ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements. Partner with product management to execute strategic roadmaps and implement risk mitigation strategies across the product lifecycle.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in Product Management or a related field. Candidates must possess advanced knowledge of banking operations, regulatory compliance, and risk assessment methodologies.
Drive facilitation of Products and Services Risk Assessments for assigned product groups including the creation of First Risk Council meeting materials, PSRA evidence tracking, and 1LOD Product Risk reporting.
Assist with product-owned issue management resolution.
Play a key role in ensuring enterprise-wide policy adherence and monitoring plan.
Lead KPI creation, tracking, and reporting to measure product performance, adoption, and operational effectiveness.
Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness activities, ensuring communications, training, and KPI tracking are aligned and executed prior to product release.
